Utilising the 35 years continuous experience within the gas industry, Eleni Uk's Engineers are qualified to calculate, design and repair gas pipework installations, operating at all pressures.

We are able to manage and complete specific client projects from start to finish, utilising and liasing with our established contacts from the various Suppliers, Shippers, Transporters and Meter Providers, to eliminate the burden that the client may expect from dealing with so many different, however, neccessary organisations. With forward planning we can organise and install any gas supply, for any client, to any property, effectively and efficiently, including meter supply and installation, so the whole project is completed by Eleni UK alone, removing the expected problems from the client.

Our Engineers have the neccessary qualifications to install, test and commission all sizes of MDPE, HDPE and PROFUSE types of Polyethylene pipework. These materials are normally used for sub-surface apllications, however, if the system design or specification warrants, we can install welded steel pipework to the standard specified, using coded and certified welders, and can provide weld test certificates as requested. When installed below ground, all welded steel pipework is provided with 2-pack epoxy, high grade pipe protection coating, then over-wrapped, all to current standards.

All excavations completed by Eleni UK, in the pipe installation process, are supervised by trained and highly qualified personnel. Deep Trench Certification has been awarded to our Engineers, allowing us to go beyond the bounds of normal installation depths. Reinstatement of all excavations are completed by our own personnel, again qualified to the appropriate standards, using the correct materials. All spoil and waste from these sites, are removed and deposited to certified Waste Handling Sites, by our own personnel, operating on our Waste Carriers Licence.

Recent evidence suggests that existing cast iron and spun iron pipework, installed prior the 1970's is failing due to corrosion and age, causing leakage and collapse. We can replace any existing pipe with minimal upset and excavation, using 'no-dig' technology, such as, Moling, Thrustboring and Directional Drilling.

As all operations for installing underground pipework are covered by our Energy & Utility Skills Registration, above ground and internal installation of pipework is covered by our CORGI Registration.
